Katie takes on CPL marketing role | 16 Nov 2011
CPL has appointed Katie Hawksworth as its marketing manager. Katie’s brief is to raise the profile of the agency, which writes, designs and produces magazines, websites, marketing and other material in print and digital formats for a range of clients.
Katie, who has several years’ experience in publishing, said: ‘For too long, CPL has hidden its light under a bushel. The company’s two founders both worked in senior national newspaper roles and there is some great editorial and design work being produced here for some prestigious local, national and international clients – but not enough people know about it.
‘I’m looking forward to making more businesses and other organisations in the East Anglian area aware of what we do.’
Mike Sewell, CPL managing director, said: ‘We’re pleased to welcome Katie to the team. The danger for an agency like ours is that we spend so much time raising the profile of our clients that we fail to shout about what we do. Hopefully Katie can help change that.’
