CPL creates a splash with another new membership client

CPL has been appointed by the International Water Association (IWA) to manage the design, production and media sales of its quarterly members’ magazine, The Source.

The IWA is a leading global community for individuals, organisations and businesses within the water sector. Its influential membership spans some 130 countries, and its latest strategic plan marks a renewed commitment to put the membership front and centre of the Association’s activities.

The Source is a distinctive and influential voice within the water world, providing a valuable means for IWA members to gain knowledge, insight and news. The contract award forms a part of IWA’s drive to build on the success of The Source to date.

CPL’s media sales team is developing a new sales strategy to increase magazine revenues, while its design team is working with IWA to refine the look and feel of The Source, with the updated package to be unveiled in 2019.

Dr Kala Vairavamoorthy, IWA executive director, said: “IWA is committed to enabling water professionals to contribute to a world in which water is wisely, sustainably and equitably managed. The Source magazine is a key platform to present the world with the solutions and innovative thinking being progressed in the water sector. IWA looks forward to expanding on the thought leadership its members provide worldwide. After a competitive process, we are pleased to be working with CPL and we are confident their team will help us meet our objectives.”
