We are delighted to announce that CPL is combining with leading content marketing agency CenturyOne to form CPL One Group.
The combined group will become an even more powerful force in the agencies’ specialist sectors, which include print and digital publishing for the membership and arts sectors, media sales and marketing communications.
CPL One Group is made up of three brands – CPL, CenturyOne and Cabbells. The combined team of around 70 employees, plus freelance support, will continue to operate from offices in Cambridge and St Albans, and will share more than 30 retained clients between them. The combined annual revenues of the group are on course to be £10 million.
As part of the deal, CenturyOne and Cabbells managing director Sarah Simpson (pictured above right) becomes a shareholder of CPL One and joins the CPL One Group board, which is headed up by CPL managing director Mike Sewell (above left).
