CPL has been recognised as one of the best employers in the eastern region after scooping a top award.
The agency won a gold accreditation at the Best Employers Awards this week, ahead of dozens of other similar companies.
The award follows CPL’s 2021 employee opinion survey, which saw the agency achieve some excellent results:
“All these numbers are significantly better than the average of those achieved by other comparative companies in our region,” said CPL managing director Mike Sewell.
“And they are also higher than the equivalent scores from our last survey two years ago, which is also really encouraging. Focusing on our employment brand and making CPL a great place to work is a top priority for us, so it’s great to see such positive feedback from our team. Of course, people also pointed out areas for improvement – and we will focus on addressing these over the coming months.”
Mike said he was delighted to win the gold accreditation at the awards. “We are very proud to achieve this accreditation and be recognised as a high-performing company.”
