Getting the right message to the right people at the right time is more important than ever during periods of uncertainty, says CPL managing director Mike Sewell, as he provides an update on how we are adapting to new ways of working with our clients
Let’s keep it business as usual where we can.
This is the overall message of reassurance we’re hearing a lot at the moment. Despite the restrictions enforced on us all by the coronavirus pandemic, many goods and services are being delivered in ways that are as near normal as possible.
At CPL, this means business is being conducted here, there and everywhere. Home-working and video-conferencing are instantly the new normal for colleagues and for the businesses and organisations we support.
Changing circumstances mean we will continue to adapt our ways of working to meet any new challenges; so far we hope there has been no noticeable difference in CPL’s service – other than clients getting a view of our various home office set-ups.
While our working locations may have changed, the teams at CPL remain as focused as ever on creating clear communications and purposeful content.
In periods of uncertainty, getting the right message to the right people at the right time becomes more important than ever, whether it’s via digital, print, social media or video.
For our clients, we are already seeing that new challenges can require a change of plan. As this occurs, we hope the flexible and positive attitude of everyone at CPL is proving to be of benefit.
We appreciate that everyone we work with is also facing massive upheaval and change. So the message we’d like to communicate is not only that it’s ‘business as usual – almost’, but also ‘let us help’.
If you have any questions, or we can offer you any additional communications or marketing support during these tough times, do get in touch.
