Leadership succession will support future CPL growth

Two decades after being founded, CPL has taken some important steps to ensure it is in the right shape for future growth.

Following an agreement concluded in December 2016, the ownership of the agency has been broadened to include a number of key members of the existing team, led by managing director Mike Sewell.

Founders Jonathan Wilson and Mark Rosselli remain as shareholders and are continuing to play an active role with a number of key clients.

The new shareholders and members of CPL’s senior leadership team are:

  • Neil Adcock – director, client services

  • Sophie Hewitt-Jones – director, client services

  • Richard Walters – director, commercial

Laura Saunders joined the senior team earlier this year as head of finance.

Leading Cambridge corporate finance advisers PEM advised on the deal. Read the press release here.
