Learning at Work Week 2019

This week, CPLers have the chance to learn more about fishing, budgeting, yoga-at-your-desk and more.

To mark Learning at Work Week – organised by national charity The Campaign for Learning – CPL’s social committee has come up with a programme of 'lunch and learn' events on a range of topics related to work and our people’s interests. There will also be inspirational sessions, including one from our managing director, Mike Sewell, on how he became a director.

Social committee chair Helen Coston says: “Part of the culture at CPL is the ongoing learning and development of our people. We have such a range of skills and interests and our 'lunch and learn' programme is a great opportunity to coach and inform each other on a wide range of skills and interests."

The Campaign for Learning is working towards social inclusion through learning in partnership with The Open University, among others.

Learning at Work Week 2019 runs until 19 May on the theme of 'Shaping the Future'. For more information, see the Campaign for Learning website here.
