Trophy presentation marks CPL’s gold award
CPL has been presented with a trophy to mark its accreditation as one of the best employers in the eastern region.
The agency was awarded the prestigious gold accreditation at the recent Best Employers Eastern Region awards, ahead of dozens of similar companies.
The awards scheme, launched in 2012 by Pure Resourcing Solutions, Eras, Birketts and Archant, brings together employers from across the East of England to support economic growth through increased employee engagement.
To recognise CPL’s achievement, Mark Wishart, of Pure Resourcing Solutions, presented finance director Laura Saunders with the trophy at the company’s Cambridge office.
“We first joined the Best Employers programme in 2018,” said Laura, “and since then, our engagement score, as measured through our employee opinion survey, has improved significantly. The feedback we have gained from our colleagues has been invaluable, and we have listened and reacted accordingly. Our improved scores, and now our gold accreditation, show that we must be doing something right!”
Mike Sewell, managing director, said he was delighted with the accolade: “We are extremely proud to achieve this accreditation and be recognised as a high-performing company.”
Both the trophy and certificate are being proudly displayed at the CPL office, and will play an important role in CPL’s future recruitment.
