CPL wins competitive pitch to deliver range of content for leading housing association

CPL has won a contract with bpha to create its two customer magazines, Love Home and Talk.

bpha is a leading provider and developer of affordable homes for rent, sheltered housing, residential care and shared ownership. It owns just under 18,000 homes and covers a region stretching between Oxford and Cambridge.

CPL is responsible for the content, design and production of both magazines, each of which is published twice a year. CPL is also collaborating with bpha on creating designs and content for bpha’s customer enewsletters.

The agency’s journalistic and content-led approach will allow us to open new gateways to engage with our customers, particularly as we consider digital options both now and in the future - Meslissa Elborn, head of communications, bpha

Phil Minett, managing editor at CPL, said: “bpha is focused on customer service, community and providing value and quality for its customers. Its tenants and shared owners all have stories to tell and Love Home and Talk are great platforms for communicating them.”

Melissa Elborn, head of communications at bpha, added: “Following a competitive pitch process, we were pleased to appoint to CPL as our publishing partner. The agency’s journalistic and content-led approach will allow us to open new gateways to engage with our customers, particularly as we consider digital options both now and in the future.”

The next issues of both magazines will be published this autumn.
