Create a bespoke online jobs board with CPL

CPL has launched a new jobs board for the parking and traffic management profession, the first in a series of similar recruitment sites planned for different industry sectors.

The site – parkingjobs.co.uk – was created, designed and developed by an in-house CPL team on behalf of long-term client the British Parking Association (BPA).

The engaging and easy-to-use site links recruiters with candidates for roles across the sector. It is also a great place to learn more about the varied opportunities to develop a fulfilling career in the profession.

The site has been developed to a simple format and specification that is easy and cost-effective to replicate for other sectors and clients.

CPL commercial director Richard Walters said: “We run a number of jobs boards for different clients, but until now we have always used third-party software.

“Working in partnership with the BPA on parkingjobs.co.uk has allowed us to develop our own template that can be easily adapted and licensed to other organisations at a cost-effective price.

“Developing a jobs board not only positions your organisation as an expert in your sector, it can also help to raise additional revenue. If you would like to talk to CPL about developing a bespoke jobs board reflecting your organisation’s visual identity, please get in touch.”

Caron Fassetta, head of membership and information management at the BPA – which is currently celebrating its 50th year – added: “By developing the site, we are reinforcing our goal to make the BPA more relevant than ever for our members and the wider parking and traffic management profession.

“We’re delighted with the excellent work carried out by the CPL team. They are already our long-term publishing and commercial partner so it made sense to work together on this project.

“From project management through to concept, design and digital development, CPL led the process, sticking to agreed timelines and budgets and ensuring my team’s time and involvement was kept to a minimum. The end result is another great showpiece for the BPA.”
