Demand grows for CPL video services

CPL’s video team has been commissioned to create a wide range of projects over the past few months as demand continues to rise for video content.

For many of CPL’s clients, video offers an opportunity to enhance their digital content strategy. Our team has been busy working with several clients as they look for editing and production services as part of their content mix.

CIM (The Chartered Institute of Marketing) recently released three new videos summarising the structures for its foundation certificates, which members complete as they work towards gaining key marketing qualifications.

CPL, which produces CIM’s quarterly magazine Catalyst and creates content for its online content hub, Exchange, delivered the animation and voiceover for these videos, which were released in September.

The team also continues to create a range of videos for Darley Stud Management and Godolphin. A series of 13 videos featuring the finalists of the recent annual American industry-wide awards sponsored by Godolphin was produced by CPL. The videos featured stable hands, work riders as well as a specially filmed interview with Godolphin's chief executive, John Ferguson.

CPL has also been working with the HR team at Godolphin to create their new employee induction video. The project has involved script writing and directing, as well as filming at various locations and editing the final video.

Alongside these projects, the team is producing other stallion videos, including three US TV adverts, an Australian advert and a video and DVD for a Japanese stallion launch.

The past five years have seen an explosion of growth in video and we expect this trend will continue - Mike Sewell, managing director, CPL

CPL managing director Mike Sewell said: “The past five years have seen an explosion of growth in video and we expect this trend will continue. Many of our clients incorporate video as a key element in their content mix – and we are able to produce films that serve a whole host of purposes.”

CPL’s video team, headed by Ciprian Cucuruz, has doubled in size over the past six months in response to client demand. “We are producing a wider range of material than ever,” said Ciprian. “For existing clients, we understand their communication priorities and can help to ensure these are targeted and that videos produced are effective. We work closely with our content strategists and designers to make sure the story is delivered powerfully. And it’s great to be receiving such positive feedback.”
