CPL has created a new recruitment website for BPS Communications Ltd which is the commercial trading arm of the British Psychological Society, adding to the suite of commercial channels already offered by the Society.
CPL has been carrying out media sales services on their behalf since the start of 2016, with the new site at www.jobsinpsychology.co.uk now complementing the members’ magazine The Psychologist.
The new recruitment website has many new features, including enabling users to register to receive job alerts, upload CVs, and apply for roles directly through the site. For employers, it is a new platform to post jobs in front of an unrivalled audience of qualified Society members, as well as people who turn to the website when considering a new job or developing their career.
Richard Walters, head of media for CPL, said developing the new site formed a key part of CPL’s original bid to work on behalf of the Society. “For professionals within the discipline who are looking for the next step in their career, this site is the go-to location. Its audience, fresh design and new capabilities mean that candidates are able to browse, search and apply for jobs more easily than ever before.
“It’s still early days, but the site is already performing well. Within days of launch, nearly 200 candidates had registered with jobsinpsychologytoday.co.uk”
