Joel Garthwaite takes up new business development role at CPL

CPL is pleased to have appointed Joel Garthwaite to join the business development team based at our Cambridge offices. He brings a wealth of knowledge within corporate business development, account management and market strategy.

Joel, who has previously worked in the retail, arts and corporate sectors, will be focusing on developing new content marketing business for CPL from brands and corporate clients.

CPL manageing director Mike Sewell said: “Joel will be a great addition to our team as we look to develop new areas of business growth.

“We have a strong track record in creating some fantastic work in the luxury printed publishing sector, including Christmas brochures for Fortnum and Mason and beautiful stallion books for leading global breeder Darley Stud Management. We are also proud of our success in delivering content marketing programmes for clients such as SABMiller and EY.

“Whether it is digital or print, content is at the heart of what we do here at CPL. Our ambition is to help clients achieve their communications priorities by creating excellent content that inspires audiences and gets results. We look forward to working with Joel to increase the number of clients we do this for.”

Joel Garthwaite added: “I’m delighted to have joined CPL. I’m looking forward to bringing knowledge gained from a wide range of market sectors to help CPL develop its portfolio of clients.
