Membership research sneak peek at chase live

We’re looking forward to being in London this Thursday at chase live – where we will be sharing a sneak preview of our research into membership content strategies that we’ve been conducting in partnership with Ashridge Communications.

Chase live is the annual industry event for leaders and managers of non-profit organisations, including charities, associations and membership bodies. Professionals come together to share best practice through peer-to-peer learning, real-life examples and case studies, and meet others who work in the sector.

Helen Coston and Martin Bewick from CPL’s business development team will be giving a 'Lightning Session' talk at the event. The quick-fire session will showcase the background to a joint CPL and Ashridge Communications report, due to be published later this year, which looks into how membership organisations are using content to grow their membership.

Helen Coston, who has led on the research at CPL, says: 'Our partnership with Ashridge Communications has led to some really interesting insight into the membership sector – we're excited about publishing the report and sharing our findings this autumn.'

Emma Thompson, director at Ashridge Communications, added: 'Considered use of content is a must for all sizes and types of organisations in this sector. Our findings will be useful to anyone considering how content can be integrated into wider strategies - to retain and grow members effectively.'

If you would like a copy of the report when it is published please contact Richard Walters or Emma Thompson.
