CPL charity Wintercomfort unveils new branding

Wintercomfort, the Cambridge-based charity for the homeless, has a new look thanks to a brand transformation carried out by CPL.

Having set up a partnership with Wintercomfort earlier this year, we used our content and design expertise to roll out a new suite of marketing materials for the charity, mostly carried out pro bono (free of charge).

Wintercomfort’s new look was officially unveiled last month, when a bright new sign was installed on the front of the building, and supporters and stakeholders of the charity received their winter newsletter, showcasing the re-brand, which included a new logo, colour palette and strapline.

Simon Pickering, Wintercomfort’s fundraising manager said: ‘We are so pleased to receive this backing from CPL. They are not only creating and delivering some great materials for us, they are also fun to work with, which makes such a difference.’

The charity’s annual Christmas appeal, which has also just been launched, will be complemented by a CPL-created video about service-user, Owen, and how Wintercomfort has supported his efforts to secure a full-time job and his own accommodation.

CPL managing director Mike Sewell said: ‘We are delighted to have set up a partnership with Wintercomfort as it’s a local charity that does amazing work for people in our community who face some serious challenges.’
